I’m happy to see Bitwarden added support for passkeys, I think it was in the 2013.10 release. Unfortunately, for now, seems like its only available to use in the browser extensions. Admittedly, I’m a little under-educated on what it would take to implement in the smartphone app. Ideally, I would like to see adding via QR enabled for easy adoption. I frequently use devices that are managed by an IT department and cannot install a browser extension. Regardless, this is the right direction to be moving in. Bitwarden was already good at strengthening my security practices by generating randomized passwords, and I think the PKI component of a FIDO2 Passkey is the next frontier for more security.
