Here is what I love about the New Year time: it’s completely arbitrary, but it has to be marked/delineated at some point. We could have, as a society, chosen a month without anything else going on like uhh… August.
Nevertheless, here we are in a fresh calendar year. I didn’t stay up all that late last night / this morning (12:30AM), and when I woke up, I took the dog for a quick hike on a local trail.
This isn’t necessarily a ‘resolution’, but in 2024 I am hoping to get more miles on the trails, and tackle more of my protected areas of Colorado list.
